The Tree of Life  is a fascinating anomaly that is approximately 400-year-old, and 32 feet high. This lone Acacia tree stands in the scorching heat of the Sakhir desert in close proximity to Jebel Dukhan (The Mountain of Smoke); despite the barren landscape and absence of water, this mysterious tree is abundantly covered in green leaves.
